Our CEO has many years of experience with boys with behavioral needs. This passion resulted in the vision and mission of Dream Residential Treatment Center Inc.
LICENSED CHILD CARE ADMINISTRATOR
Our LCCA has a Master’s degree in social work and is a Licensed Child Care Administrator in the State of Texas. In addition, Our LCCA has numerous years of experience working with at risk youth and families.
TREATMENT DIRECTOR
Our Treatment Director has a Master’s degree and experience in Residential Treatment Centers. Provides on site clinical services to our children.
REGISTERED NURSE
Our Registered Nurse serves as a Liaison between medical staff, direct care staff, and Treatment Director. Provide 24/7 emergency on-call nursing consultation services to help support the clinical and other staff.
CHILD CARE WORKERS
Provide direct supervision to youth in care. Teach daily life skills Provide mentor ship to youth in care. Organize small groups and assist in educational services of learning. Monitor resident requirements and analyze physical and emotional needs. Manage medications and ensure appropriate usage as per requirement.
